A 40 mm platinum case frames the sapphire crystal dial of this Patek Philippe Grandes Complications wristwatch. Blue metallization meets a black-gradient rim, while a blue calfskin strap with a fabric pattern carries the colour beyond the case. A platinum fold-over clasp secures the strap. The watch is designed for all genders. Inside, the manually wound R TO 27 PS QR calibre brings together a tourbillon and a minute repeater striking on two classic gongs. The perpetual calendar displays the date with a retrograde hand, with day, month and leap year shown in apertures. Moon phases and small seconds complete the indications. The power reserve is 38 hours. Its stated water resistance of 0 metres means contact with water should be avoided.
