A 41 mm platinum case frames the lacquered red dial of this Patek Philippe Grandes Complications wristwatch. Black shading at the rim defines the dial’s perimeter, while applied, faceted white gold hour markers take an ‘obus’ form. The black alligator leather strap is secured by a platinum fold-over clasp. The case is water-resistant to 30 metres. Inside, the manually wound calibre CH 29-535 PS Q brings together a chronograph and a perpetual calendar. The central chronograph hand is paired with an instantaneous 30-minute counter. Small seconds, a date hand and a moon-phase display share the dial with apertures for the day, month, leap year and day/night indication. Hands and apertures give distinct forms to the timekeeping and calendar information.
